If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping, and a $5.00 restocking fee, within 30 days of the invoice date. We will gladly accept exchanges and returns for store credit any time after 30 days. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
- Special orders
- Strands or pre-packed items that have been broken up, unsealed or otherwise altered, including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled
- Sold by the foot items in lengths under three feet
- Gift cards
- Log into your account.
- Click the “my account” tab
- Under “Track your recent orders”, click “View Details” on the order in which the items you want to return are located.
- Click “Add New RMA” and choose the item(s) you would like to return and the reason why. You can also include any notes you feel we should need.
- Print out the RMA. A copy of this will need to be sent with the returned items.
- We will email you within 24-48 hours of receiving your RMA with mailing instructions.
Any items returned without first completing this process will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender.A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returns. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. Beading Supplies Warehouse, Inc. is not responsible for postage on returned items. As soon as we receive the package and verify its contents, we will refund your purchase price. Handling fees and postage charges are not refundable.
Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be redeemed for cash.
